Registration & Payment method

Online registration and payment instruction is available via the following link: Registration
All persons wishing to participate in the conference must register online in order to be included in the list of participants.
Online registration will close on 2 October, 2025.


Travel and Public Transportation

Participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements to Taipei.
Taipei Taoyuan Airport (TPE) is about 45minutes from the city; Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) locates at the city centre. Both airports are connected by bus service, metro, and taxis. Some hotels may arrange shuttle or transportation, please contact the hotel if you have any inquiries.

Hotels and Accommodation

Participants are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements.

Meals

Lunch & Coffee breaks are provided for all participants. Please let us know if you have any dietary request during the registration.


Passports and Visas

Delegates will need to check if they require visas and if so to obtain them in good time.
